Delete your Listen Your Guide account

Listen Your Guide is operated by Hasan Çoker. You can request deletion of your guide account and associated personal data without installing or signing in to the app.

Request deletion by email

From the email address registered to your guide account, send an email to info@listenyourguide.com with the subject Listen Your Guide account deletion. State that you want your account and associated personal data permanently deleted. This also applies to a pending guide application.

Do not send your password or government identity documents. If you cannot access the registered email, contact the same address so support can arrange account ownership verification before deleting anything.

What is deleted and retained?

Deletion removes the guide account, profile, associated application, authentication sessions and operational tour/access records. Active online tours are closed. Unused service rights become unavailable; deletion does not initiate a refund. Legally required accounting records are retained without the deleted guide account link. Daily recovery backups rotate after 14 days; restricted migration snapshots may remain while migration recovery is needed. These copies are not used for ordinary account access and any recovery must respect completed deletion requests. See the Privacy Policy.

The guide app version 1.0 also offers Account & Privacy → Delete account. Enter the current password and confirm permanent deletion. Listeners do not create accounts. For listener data requests, contact support; do not send a listening code as proof of identity.

Rehber hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@listenyourguide.com adresine, Listen Your Guide hesap silme konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Hesabınızın ve ilişkili kişisel verilerinizin kalıcı olarak silinmesini istediğinizi belirtin. Henüz onaylanmamış rehber başvuruları için de bu yolu kullanabilirsiniz.

Parolanızı veya kimlik belgenizi göndermeyin. Kayıtlı e-postanıza erişemiyorsanız, silme işleminden önce hesap sahipliğinin doğrulanması için aynı adresten destek alın.

Rehber hesabı, profil, başvuru, oturumlar ve operasyonel tur/erişim kayıtları silinir; aktif online turlar kapanır. Kullanılmayan hizmet haklarına erişim sona erer; işlem ödeme iadesi başlatmaz. Yasal muhasebe kayıtları, silinen rehber hesabıyla bağlantısı kaldırılarak tutulur. Günlük kurtarma yedekleri 14 günlük döngüde kaldırılır; erişimi kısıtlı taşıma yedekleri, taşıma kurtarması gerektiği sürece kalabilir. Bu kopyalar normal hesap erişiminde kullanılmaz ve geri yükleme tamamlanmış silme taleplerine uymalıdır. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası.

Rehber uygulaması 1.0 sürümünde Hesap ve Gizlilik → Hesabı sil yolunu da kullanabilirsiniz. Mevcut parolanızı girip kalıcı silmeyi onaylayın. Dinleyiciler hesap oluşturmaz; dinleyici verisi talepleri için destekle iletişime geçin.
