Your tour’s Wi-Fi.
Offline mode requires a Listen Your Guide bag, which you obtain from us. The bag creates the local Wi-Fi network that carries your live voice to your guests.
Guests do not need to buy a bag. They join your bag’s Wi-Fi network and enter your 6-digit listening code in the Listener app.

Start an offline tour
- Set up your Listen Your Guide bag and connect your guide phone to its Wi-Fi network.
- Choose Offline · Guide Bag in the Guide app, select I have a bag, continue, then create a listening code.
- Ask guests to join the same bag’s Wi-Fi, choose Offline in the Listener app and enter your 6-digit code. Start speaking when the group is ready.
Internet requirement: audio travels locally without internet. The guide needs an internet connection to create or renew codes and admit new listeners.
Using Online mode?
Online mode uses the guide’s and each listener’s own internet connection. A Listen Your Guide bag is required for Offline mode; Online mode does not require the bag.
